Greetings.

Past one week my Blackberry Internet Service is unavailable and AIRTEL seems to be out of Answer to my questions. Each time i call them they reply by asking me some questions which has answers i know past 10 years. Sometimes they ask me if i am able to see EDGE in Small or Caps bla bla.

When i am saying BIS is unavailable past one week then obviously EDGE will be in Small letters only. Now in the end they blame Blackberry by saying CDMA Handhelds with GSM Support has some issues from RIM itself which also is a wrong. I have also mailed RIM for the same.

I am not at all satisfied with their Service this time. They seem to have this WHO CARE attitude towards their customers.

Can Airtel answer me or return my 400 Rupees which promptly they deduct each moth for BIS Plan? I am planning to move on to Vodafone along with my Friends...
