Call Booster cancelled without warning

Hi,

I was in booster plan of 30p and 50p and 100msg plan which had a validity of 6 months untill April. I had to travel to bangalore for casual trip. So I recharged with a roaming booster 99. When I returned to Chennai. My normal plan was not working. I tried to reach the customer care representative, I was only reaching the automated machine. After 3 days I reached the rep on 02/12/09. spoke with Devi she sd the Roaming booster was converted to a normal local plan. I told her that I want to go back to the old plan. She said that I have to be in this plan for next 1year.

My losses: I lost the old plan, Im losing money on every message and call I make.

Please do the needfull.
