Poor Indoor Network Coverage

Well I had complained to AIRTEL regarding the poor indoor network coverage way back in November. Since than I've been said we are working on the complaint but nothing has happened. The services are just getting worse. And the responses now I am getting are such that you can change your number, the services will be as it is. No change will take place and such responses. Could you please help me solve this? I have to go out of my house always to talk to someone or even to send one SMS! They have become very careless and are not bothered for custmers' problems. Can you ask them to be more accountable? I am from Vadodara, Gujarat.
