Inturrupting Service

My Mobile No is 9958023420 and I am not able to make calls for last 1.5 months, coz whenever I make a call it disconnects automatically within 13-15 seconds and if someone calls me then my phone answers as not reachale or swithoff, when I was out of Delhi in the last week my phone was fine and I was able to make calls and answer as well, but in my home town I am not getting good service at all. I am staying in Wazirabad North Delhi. I had also made complaints to the customercare but they only ask for time. First I called on 14-11-09 they told me the problem is going to resolve in 10 days again I called on 24-11-09 they told the problem was solved but nothing happened. please sort out my problem.
