Airtel Prepaid
Service activated without consent

I am using an Airtel prepaid connection 9987466969. Today, 18th dec 09, I got a message from Airtel that my friends chet service has been renewed and Rs.30/- has been charged for 30 days. I had not requested for any such service. On contacting Airtel customercare, I was told that they had called on 7th of this month regarding this and 10 days later it has been activated. This is totally incorrect as I have not received any call in this regard on 7th. I want to take up this issue. Can I get a recording of the conversation that Airtel is claiming to have made on 7th. If so what is the procedure and whom should I approach? Please guide
