Complaint for stupid services

I did not opt for hello tune for my no. 9871500825.

They had automatically activated the rubbish caller tune from the mid of night on 30th Dec.

I am trying to deactivate since morning, but their is no body to help in customer care.

They had been charged Rs 35 form my current balance and my balance had gone negative.

Please take an active action for this stupid thing happened by airtel service center.

I humbly request you, please help us.
