Disconnect without any reason

Dear Sir, I am a Customer of Airtel Punjab mobile number 9872369330 life time prepaid Last month on 28 dec my number disconnect without any reason. I complaint customer care but no any response. I had submitted my ID again and go for several times to mansa Aitrel service Krichana Telecom but no response. I want to help me for action to airtel or going to consumer court? I hope for your help.
