Airtel Prepaid
Balance gets deducted for services which I have not asked

My mobile Nos. 9867286260 and 9867789230. Airtel deducts money for services like Music on Demand, Cricket score alterts, Matrimonial alerts, jokes etc. which I have never requested and they donot even take my consent before deducting the money. I have spoken to Customer service executives and their supervisors several times and after considerable argument they refund the money. But, again after few days they duduct money and back to argument with their staff. Many a times the deductioon goes unnoticed. How can Airtel deduct money for the service which the customer has not demanded? Why do they want to impose their service on their customers? Is it not cheating? I have registered for "Do Not Distrub" service, but still I continue to receive their promotional calls and messages.

Please look into the matter.
