Call barring

Espected sir,

i am customer of airtel prepaid Karnataka, my no is 9686353877, actually i have taken a new sim apprx. 1 month before and i have submitted all required document but my outgoing call facility have barred 4times and the customer care is not responding any thing about this problem,

i submitted 3 times document as per customer care.when i call to customer care he says your document is not submitted.till now my call barring is activated from last 6 days. i want my outgoing facility to be activated soon... it will be your kindness if u will resolve this problem as soon as possible...
