Forcefully charging for sevice and poor customer care response

I have received a msg from number 555630 two times daily about some "bolly" service from last month which i had never subscribed and also intimated to customer care 5 times that i am not in need of this service and never subscribed it. beside my acceptance it is activated and charged Rs 10 and again charged Rs 10 on 26th of december thereafter today (5 th of january) i am again charged Rs 10. i could not understand such type of fraud by airtel even after continous intimation to your customer care that i am in no need of this service.

Now i am finally remind you, don, t do such service and refund my Rs 30/- which u have faurdly deducted from my prepaid amount.

i hope u will do the such refund urgently to avoid any disputes in keeping a view i am customer of airtel since 5 years. and hoping from airtel that such acts shall not be repeated with me or any other customers.
