Airtel Prepaid
Activation of service without my concern

I am a prepaid customer of airtel till now I have never activated any service value added service but still I get sms saying that I have expired some audio cinema service and If I want to stop then send stop sms to 1201 but so many time I tried it gives options and when I send options it says no reponse for 5 mins please send request again...

This is actually looting of customers and I dont know what the nodal officers are doing about this (I think even they are not interested in solving our problems) RIGHT...
