Dear madam/sir,

i am using airtel prepaid connection since long. my connection number is 09931569960 in the jharkhand circle at bokaro district. all of a sudden a message was received on 02/02 at 07.07.26 p.m. stating "istemal jaari rakhne ke liye apne sim ko kisi validh IMEI handset mein lagayein." on receipt of this message i have transferred my sim to nokia 1200 handset. even then messages and calls are coming stating the same and it was also mentioned that the phone will stop working from 08/02. i have repeatadly tried to contact customer care executives (121) but my efforts went into vain. each and every time after a period of 2 minutes the connection was lost stating that i have used my optimum time and hence no further talk is possible. never i have been given the opportunity to talk with the executives. instead the automated ansering machine went on describing the offers and other irrelevant items and then disconnect. kindly resolve my problem. thanking you.
