Eduction og balance with out making call

I am Sanalraj.m.k. My mobile no is 9956429919 Airtel Prepaid. apprx Rs 20 has been deducted from my balance between 05/02/10 (Evening) and 06/02/10 (Morning) with out making call for the above amount. this is happening second time to me. kindly correct it and if the above deduction is on account of any subscription kindly deactivate the same at the earliest. expecting a quik reply
