Dear sir i am an airtel prepaid customer.i've to deactivate the miss call alert.so i called customer care at 121.surprisingly 50 paise deducted from my balance.after 10 minutes of holding no executive have answered me, and my balance became low to low.is it right to charge over customer care calls.besides one executive gave me wrong information so that i must call for second time and my balance should become lower.pls do sumthing.i want justice.
