Over Call chanrge

Hi Sir,

I have made an STD call for 16 mins and once i discinnected i got an alert saying you have been charged 20 Rs for the last call.

But for me the STD charge is only 60 Paise and according to that i shud have been charged less than 10 Rs.

The same kind of thing happened to me twice. Second time it was only 3 rs difference hence i didnt register any complaint. Now i Doubt if they had done the same thing in past also and i have not noticed till now :(:(.

I have registered a compaint but no proper response from Airtel. Is Airtel charing over for normal calls?
