Acoount not credited on recharge in roaming

My name is Mohammad Aftab Alam

and My Airtel mobile no is:9967698082

i had been using this no for more than 2.6years

This no. is of Mumbai, recently i am in kolkata my balance finished so i recharged with Rs.100 but i got Re.1 as talk time when i asked for the reason from customer care they said to call mumbai customer care for which i will be charged at STD rate since i did not had any balance i had no option but to again recharge.i recharged again with Rs.20 but i got Re.1 as talk time.

Now the situation is i have been cheated of Rs.120 and got Rs.2 as balance since i dont have sufficient balance i cannot make a STD call to customer care.

PLZ dont use Airtel it sucks. better switch to vodafone.
