AIR TEL PREPAID
Call rate not changed after recharge of Rs.42

Dear Sir,

i am using Airtel prepaid mobile, i activated my mobile no.9894655162 as call rate 1paise per second. i recharged Rs.42 for this facility. still Airtel charged 60paise per minute. i am in home town but Airltel charge is roaming tariff which i activated reduced roaming tariff. i do need solution for this.
