GET LESS RECHARGE VALUE

Dear Sir/Mam,

My mobile no is 9560275244 this is a airtel prepaid connection with lifetime validity which i had done topup recharge of Rs.200/- on 22-2, I get talkvalue of Rs.103/- only and when i talk to the customer care they told that Rs.200/- recharge is for increasing the validity of the connection. But i have already the lifetime validity so what is the meaning of the validity increasing is there is more that the life time validity. agar lifetime validity se kuch jyada hai to mujhe is baat se avgat karaye agar nahi hai to please mere mobile me talking value credity karen aapke ati kirpa hogi.
