Dear Sir,

Im sundararaman using airtel prepaid for past 6 years. When ever im in roaming i get more troubles in charges. It will create more mental torture in me. For each and every time I call the customercare and reverse the amount in to my account that was wrongly debited. This is not fair of debeting cash from my acount without my knowledge. I want to have the details of all incoming and outgoing and also the roaming charges from march 1st 2010 to til now. I expect favourable reply form your side asap. My mobile number is 9840027892.
