Airtel debit unauthorised charges from my mobile and a message appear in inbox from no. 543216 as .. Your airtel freindz chat service has been renewed. renewal charges Rs.30- for 30 days. Dial 543216 now to make new freinds. For lodgement of complaint or deactivate the services, 121 gives computerised messages .. dial 198 for complaints. On dialling 198 .. a no. of times, every time message appear .. Number not available.

We dont know .. whom to contact in case of any compalint for the services. No email address for any complaints to be lodged.

Can I know whom to conatct and at what number for lodging compalints of any services
