Emittence of hello tune amount

Sir, I am using the prepaid sim of Airtel with number 8105253920. few days back hello tune is activated on my number without my consent and rs. 30 is deducted towards service. but i did not accept the service. then why the amount is deducted..? as per TRAI rules and regulations you are not supposed to cut the amount without my consent. please look into this matter and remit my amount back to my number.
