HELLO TUNES

Sir,

I have set a song as hello tune in my mobile by paying all the relevant charges. Each and every time, when some one is calling me, before hearing the hello tune set, they are hearing a ladie's voice saying that"if you want to copy the song, please press * &...etc", which is very disgusting. Personally I feel it is not fair from the company's side to include such hello tune advertisement. I contacted the nearby airtel office and have even talked to them regarding this, but they are saying they can't do anything on this. It is a default setting which is doing like this. I really can't understand, why the company can't change it when your customers are not happy with that. You can very well sent a message on how to copy a hello tune to all your users instead of adding such default talks into our lines. Hope so that, you can understand the situation. This is the complaints raised by lot of friends/relatives who are using airtel services. Please do something on this at the earliest.
