Non activation of numbe

Sir,

I am the resident of the Dist. Pulwama of state J&k, as per the new guidlines all the old prepaid nos. were supposed to reactivate against the new documents & by paying rs 50. i completed all my formalities as on monday, 15th march and i was assured that your no. will be activated within 48 hours, since it aweek has passed & every time i visited the airtel relationship center they make lame execuses. icould have have switshed to new user or to new service provider but by doing this my business will suffer as this contact number is main one.
