Unsatisfied with response of customer care executive

Sir, i have recharged my mobile no. 919954502933 on 2nd march with a message pack of rs.33/-, magic pack of rs.21/- and top up of rs.10/-. but unfortunately my message pack did not get activated. so i made a complaint from my other mobile no. i.e. 919954397577 on 3rd march and the customer care executive assured me to get it solved by 5th march. but as the problem continued i again complained on 6th march but the executive made me hold on and then the line was disconnected. since then i am not able to talk with the customer care executive of your esteemed company for any matter.
sir, if the problem could not be solved it would have been much better if the customer care executive listened to my problem carefully and said it straight away.
i am eagerly waiting for your necessary action regarding this matter.
