Deduction of Rs.10

On 25-03 I recharged for Rs.100/- and my account was debited for Rs.10/- for freinds chat. On enquiry from the customer care they told that "you have given the request" but I had not given such kind of request. The manner in which they talked to me was not good. The Name of the person I talked was Mr. Manjit Singh, Senior Customer executive. He should be fired, he dont know how to talk the customer. I stongly urge u to take this matter to higher ups.
