Airtel Prepaid
Unnecessarily cutting of acoount balance

I had received a message from the Aitel preapaid server that i have downloaded wallpaper from a site and rs10 was cut from a account. the msg which i got was a service msg & when i pressed then automatically downloading charge msg i received.the cstomer care personal blame me that i downloaded my own. PL. respond to my request and tell me a adequate advice for the complaint.
