Amount deduction

Dear Sir,

I am using Airtel Prepaid connection from last 1 year in Delhi. Yesterday 85 rupees deducted automatically from my amount without any information. I got to know when i called and it is said that your amount is low please recharge it immediately. When i called in costumer care, they said, u have downloaded a game from Airtel live, but i didn't activated or downloaded any service even i didn't get any massage to activate any service. They said, we cannot help you anymore and immediately cut the phone.

Next day (today) at the same time in evening, i got a massage that u have charged rupees 30 from your account to activate game service and when i checked i found my amount was deducted. So i called again in costumer care, they said that u have been charged for renewal of that service. U didn't stopped that service that is why u have been charged, but i already registered a complaint against it.

please tell me that these service provider can charged our amount anytime. Can't we take any action against him.this is totally blind game.

please take any needful action.
