Airtel Prepaid
Balance wiped out

I am using a prepaid conection of Airtel, my cell no is 9998280504, since last three years. Some times I use Gprs service of the Airtel to access web. Three days back I tried to start the service, but due to network problem I could not use the same. But in the evening I was astonished to find that my all balance Rs, 78.00 was wiped out. This I complained to the Customer Service center of the company, but to my utter dismay, they replied to me that balance can not be returned, as I have use the services. So pl help me.
