Sir/Madam,

I am Ravi Tripathi from Guwahati, suffering with mental tension since last four days as sim of my mobile no.9957568694 got blocked suddenly without any faulty operations and showing on screen"PHONE RESTRICTED" or SIM IS NOT VALID" and asking to enter restriction code. though I have not applied any code for my sake. another is functioning well in the same handset. surely its not the problem of handset. custner care is far away to help me out. Kindly help me to re-activate my sim or tell contact nos. who can look into this matter.
