Discontinue of prepaid services

I have purchased a airtel simcard having no 9971440758 from a shop “vipul communications” in ziasarai.

But after 20 days to new connection the airtel services has been blocked after giving a massage that airtel prepaid enrolment form is not reached to you, then firstly i went to the shop from where i have purchased the connection and they said that this is a problem of airtel servicing so they suggest to go to the customer care service centre . so after that i went to your customer care centre at “adhchini” but there the service centre representative totally refused to give any kind of helping.

I am very surprised that a company of airtel is not responding their customer problem...

Please suggest what to do...

I have already submitted my verification document and enrolment form earlier...
