Alance Deduction with out subsciption

Hello sir,

my name is narendran and my mobile number is 0-8056133474, iam being charged every time as soon as i recharge my prepaid mobile not for 1 time but for several times, i have not subscribed for any service from airtel live.

i am trying to contact the customer service through 123 and 121 as well when i reach a point to be connected to customer care it gives me a automated voice as "number does not exist " this is really shocking as how can it be possible you AIRTEL IVR connecting me to a disconnected service.

what is the solution . when i reply back to the airtel live 54321 as "STOP" its not even confirming any thing whether it has stopped the service or not hence one thing is obvious it going to deduct the money if i recharge again.

please let me know a solution?
