Unwanted cricket alerts and subsequent deduction from balance

My father owns an Airtel prepaid mobile number 9993205319 and since IPL-3 this year, cricket alerts got started coming over his phone and subsequently deductions are also being made from the balance.

Couple of complaint in this regard at 121 has been made but to avail and cricket alerts continue to come and so are the deductions.

Despite being an Airtel customer for years, if this is the quality of response one receive from the company then what is the use of continuing association with such a company?
