Dear Sir,

this is sundeep anand, from G.T. Road, panipat in need to inform you that my cell phone has been stolen by 2 bike riders near Sushant City, G.T. Road on June 03 [8:30 PM approx] having airtel prepaid connection: 9996360852.

as this number is registered with my banks, internet services and institutions kindly block the SIM as soon as possible.

in the context of authentication I can quote that my DL and PAN card xerox r submitted.
