Sudden balance deduction

The sim with num 9790892188 is taken in tamilnadu.we tried to contact airtel cc, chennai several times from maharashtra.the cc num 9894198941, when i tried to contact, the call was getting disconnected, so we couldnt get clarifications. The problem is: on 23.6.10, the balance got reduced from RS.21 to RS.4.I want to know the reason for the uncertain deduction.since I could not contact airtel cc, i request you to send me a quick rsponse regarding the problem with its solution.
