Activation of services without asking

Hellow sir my name is devinder garg and my number is 09896012101.and airtel prepaid providers has activated radio on my mobile without asking..that was 16th june and from that ay i have been chardeg 30 rs per day... i have deactivated it couplle of times but the agin activate it.please take sme actions
