Airtel pre paid
Stop service if i faild to submit my ID Details within 03.03.2010 after using the service approx four years

Dear Sir,
Sorry to inform you that i am suscribing a Airtel pre Paid connection from last few years. on 01.09.2010 & 02.09.2010 I have received two messages from
AK-Airtel "REMINDER: Ur Airtel Service will STOP on 3rd Sept if we don't
receive ur proofof Address & Identity, Photo & Form. Submit & get surprise main
a/c balance". I am not able to understand what is going on on enquiry to your
customer care the same response i have got. While confirming my details again in
front of your representative of Customer Care. As per their version it is under regulation of TRAI.
At the time of getting the connection i have given all my documents to Airtel, now after so many years why should again i have to submit all the documents & Photographs again. If so, you should issue a official letter for the same addressing me. On the basis of a sms & threatning of Discontinuation of my connection with other dispute it is not possible to submit all the documents within two days. Is the same correct?
While asking my friends who have availing Airtel connection before the time of my
connection have not yet receive such sms.
I am ready to submit my details but on the threatning by Airtel i am not submit the documents. Please note today is 3rd of September'2010 & today they dosconnect my line due to this. My all the business hampered due to this.
