I had subscribed GPRS service from airtel. As service was not effective, I had unsubscribed it. Even after unsubscribing it, AIRTEL has again deducted GPRS charges. I have placed complaints atleast 20 times to their complaint cell (at 121) to refund the money back but they just promise to attend the complaint but till date have not attended it.
