Sim Registration Failed - International Roaming

Recently I have moved to London for business visit. Before coming to abraod I recharged my Airtel mobile - 9663302281 with Rs to ensure I will work in roaming.

But after week I landed in London, I got error message on my mobile saying SIM REGISTRATION FAILED. I called Airtel customer care and even sent email to customer care but didnt get any response from them.

One fine day, I got reply from customer care that my number has been disconnected and I will have to for new connection. Without any information airtel disconnected my number and made it available for sale which is not legal.

Can you please look into this and let me know if I can get my number and rupees back.
