Airtel, Prepaid Plan Changed with out my Knowledge

I’m E Senthil Raja Airtel prepaid two numbers holder. On 19th September. I changed my plan to (Rs.22 for one year Rs.53** Rate cutter for one month)

But on 20th September 10. At 4:08 pm My prepaid plan was changed with out my knowledge to (Rs.18 the call cost .60paise per min)

It’s a big problems to use this services to my following Mobile numbers.

I need a Solution to solve this problems.
