Airtel Retailer (Ajay Fashion world Mobile Shop, Lodhipara chowk, Raipur Contact No-9300850240, 9977344000) charged me Rs 40/- for topup of Rs 23/-. Transaction Id is-1436933516. I got ERecharge messgae of Rs 23 but retailer told that it is false message. I have receipt of payment of Rs 40/. Please do the necessary action against him.
