Deduction of amount on account of Internet Usage

I Romi Harlalka using airtel prepaid connection n have 2 GB internet usage on my no. 9831885620. But still most of the times message appear that some amt deducted due to usage of internet. I don't know why this thing is happening and when I try to complain in customer care no 121 on 27th Oct nearly at 06.35 pm, call goes for 10 mins and the customer care executive after listening the problem told me that he is transferring the line to his immediate supervisor and after few mins no one comes and call got disconnected and also charge deducted for calling the customer care to complain without any resolution.
