Esubmission of documents

For the last few days I have been recieving messages that are asking to resubmit all my documents. I have been using my airtel number for the last 1.4 yrs. and at the time of purchase of my no., I submitted all the necessary documents. Now its difficult to resubmit all of them again as I've been travelling extensively. Please look into the matter ASAPso that I do not recieve such messages and get uninterrupted services.
