Friends chat auto subscribed without knowledge

Complaint Number: cfcwc1029168012. Airtel activated friends chat service in my Dads phone without his knowledge. The friends chat number is some number starting with 54 that automatically gets dialed. From around Rs170/- his balance became Rs11.70. I complained to Airtel customer service at 9840198401. They deactivated friends chat but were unable to explain to me how it got activated in the first place. After 2 days this service got activated again and the Balance reduced from Rs11.70 to Rs.0.21. I called Airtel again to complain and they again couldnt explain to me how it got activated. They kept saying that we would have dialed that long number starting with 54..when we dont even know that number how does it get dialed. The customer support staff was extremely rude and said he doesnt know the answers to my questions and disconnected the phone.
