Automatic deduction of balance constantly

Dear Sir,

My name is Punit Yadav, staying at Kolkota. I am traving to Delhi from Kolkata and my balance is automatically starts deducting from my prepaid Airtel Mobile number 9007734487. I have been trying to call customer but nobody is responnding on that number and I am again loosing balance in calling to the customer care during roaming.

I request you to please take a look into this matter and try to resolve it.
