Charged for hello tune

I am charged Rs. 30 on 12th Nov for Hello Tunes Services, without me even subscribing for the Service. I got my Airtel No (9860046915) just last month. I also got a hello Tune and I had complained to the customer Care to stop the service. I was assured that it would be stopped but for one month it is a free service. Now I am being charged although I had told to stop the service. Now I could not contact the customer care no. as i am on roaming. Anyway I managed to stop the Hello tune through sms BUT WHAT ABOUT THE REFUND?
