Overcharging of call rates

I added on my friends no in FNF service i am being charged for 25p/min instead of 20p/min if i call the customer care they dont respond if they do they put my line on hold and cut in a minute r two As soon as i cut the call the message along with the balance comes like u have made call at just 20p/min using airtel FNF but i am being charged 25p/min
