Unspecified Balance deduction

I have Airtel prepaid 9929864716. on 7th november i did call to 5664466 for about 4mins which is suppose to charge @ 12/- perminute but I loss 220/- rupees balance just for that one call. Customer care didnt provide satisfying answer?? Can Anyone help Me?? What should I do?? Where should I complain further??
