My num is 9818912210.

2 week or 3 week ago i rechage my num by 50 rupees.

After 1 week when i check the balance it shows 20 rs. I though that the call charges... Same happen... 2 days before after mae a call i check my balance 2 rupees.i was astronised how it possible n every day mobile bazar sms came. i thought its same other promotional sms.yesterday when i check my account i saw its 19 paisa only n when i call airtel customer care Mr.lalit desk manager was talking to me. when i as him he told me that its my mistake i should keep my phone always with me n this is my fault... the same thing happen with 7 of my family n frient who have airtel connection. I think mr.lalit feels that we all r fool.

2nd ly when i told him to refund my money he told, he only can refund 2 rs. I ask him to refund that amount he said that he will do that.1 day over no refund came?

& 3rd airtel provider must have done sins last birth that they have to paid money to solve their probems? whether customer care hold our line for minimum 10 mins.
