Deduction of Charges automatically from the Balance

Dear Sir/Madam,

Inspite of several complaints to the "Airtel Call Centres", I am facing problems of deductions of charges of VAS Download. It was earlier used by me. As confirmed with "Airtel Customer Care" that there are some deduction of charges due to "Other Websites" which are being opened at the time of use.

The Charges which are being deducted is due to packs which are activated such gcclub.com. I complained about the same to the customer care, but also these charges being deducted without any intimation.

Request you to return back my deducted amount from the Mobile Service Providers.

If the same continues, I shall request all readers of such complaints to switch on other service providers. As they provide better facilities with better rates. They don't also cheat the customers for the unnecessary deductions which are being done by "Airtel Prepaid".
