Airtel Prepaid
Unwanted Subscription

My mobile no is 919502916333. Over the past 3 months, every month I am receiving a message from 50505 saying that "Thank you for registering. You have been charged Rs 15 for... event." and Rs 15 is being deducted from my balance. On 2 of the last occasions i contacted the customer care center and the have removed the subscription and money was refunded back into the account but on both occasions I was charged 1/- for the talk time. I had instructed that I am not interested in any subscriptions and that i am not to be disturbed. I was assured that it will not be repeated in future. But now again on 10-12 I received the same message and Rs. 15 has been deducted. I do not want to be disturbed with offers or subscriptions and I want the money to be refunded to my account.
